Rice vinegar "Chain Kwo" is ideal for sushi, rolls and other Japanese dishes, for sea product marinades and vegetable salads. Rice vinegar is produced after natural boiling of white rice. The sweet and savoury taste of the vinegar is ideal on fish and bird meat.
