Olive oil of Pomace is made with pressing pulp of olives. Oil that they get from the rest of olives is mixed with hexane for instance and is modified thermally. They also add a little bits of mixture. Afterwards the oil is filtered and cleaned so it stays all pure.
Burning temperature of the oil is +260 degrees, it does not form carcinogens and does not add an extra smell or taste to the dish.
